We were looking for something to do and decided on a whim to head up to Chilliwack BC to check out District 1881. This is a 4 or 5 block part of town that has been reconfigured to a small walkable ally of shops, restaurants, and living areas. This reminded us or a much more intimate version of the Domain in Austin TX.
We then headed up to Hope BC and The Othello Tunnels. These tunnels are where part of the Rambo was filmed, specifically the part where he was evading his pursuers in the canyon and jumped off the cliff into the trees. It was a short day trip but, very enjoyable.
