🚐💨 Our trip starts in Ellensburg, where we parked at Iron Horse Tap Room, grabbed some tasty pizza from a local food truck, and kicked off our vanlife adventure. From there, we explored:
🍳 Kiwanas Park – Made bacon & egg breakfast tacos with homemade tortillas and let Gia run and play!
🌲 Ginkgo Petrified Forest State Park – Hiked among ancient petrified logs, including elms and Douglas firs.
🏕️ Potholes State Park – Peaceful camping with clean bathrooms, free showers, and homemade sourdough sandwiches by the reservoir.
🌊 Palouse Falls State Park – Flew the drone over one of Washington’s most dramatic waterfalls – absolutely breathtaking! 🌿 Frog Hollow Farm (Walla Walla) – A peaceful Harvest Host stay with steaks on the grill.
🌄 Beacon Rock State Park – Finished strong with a hike up Beacon Rock (700 ft elevation gain!) for panoramic Columbia River Gorge views.
